I had a small group gathering at the island, however, my home was under construction. Avalon fit the bill nicely! 6 total beds helped, elevator helped a lot. Looking out on the water of the marina was beautiful, sunsets fabulous. Parking is tricky if you have more than a couple of cars, but we made it work. The sofa was nice, and center of lots of discussions; the dining table is a bit tall, but nice. Beds in bedrooms were good; baths were nice, kitchen was extremely well stocked, though all the drink glasses were in fact glass; no plastic. Franke Rentals is great. House was really good too.

Great 3 story townhome.....beautiful bayside summer home....Incredible sunsets. The Shores is gated, clean, and safe....very spacious, great layout, can handle 10 guests and in very good shape. Big kitchen, fully stocked, top of the line major appliances, including all the needed countertop appliances. TVs are great, WiFi worked just fine. Added bonus is the full bath on entry level and the PickleBall court by the Shores pool. We are a competitive family of ex jocks...Game on! As usual, Franke is very responsive & great cust service (Gerald & Kevin).We go to The Island every Summer and 1-2x in the offseason. Always with Franke...

Our two month stay at this property was terrific. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out but also a great family/kitchen area to come together to watch movies, play games, cook and plan out our days. The sunsets on the gulf side were beautiful! It was a quick walk to the beach for daily exercise & Clayton’s Beach Bar was a short walk too. Every Sunday we did the farmer’s market that was on property. We purchased homemade breads and fresh vegetables to start out every week. Please extend our appreciation to the property owner for allowing us to enjoy their home. Another great year in SPI!

The house was beautiful very clean. Loved the views from the balcony overlooking the bay. The Shores is a quiet gated community. Access to the beach area is a little over a block away.
